how to set passed deadline events limit dynamically
Hi,
I've an SLA rule at assignment level.
Goal and Deadline are already configured with datetime properties.
Based on some business logic, not only the goal and deadline dates, but also the number of passed deadline events may vary. Is there any way to configure it dinamically?

@RameshSangili unfortunately, xAdjustSLATimes does not allow to update the number of passed deadline events.

For this requirement, you need to write a custom activity to open the respective SLA record and set the property: pyMaxLateEvents which sets the passeddeadline events and call this activity before SLA invocation. You should invoke this activity before it gets queued to SLA agent. Once the item gets picked by the SLA agent, the properties like goal, deadline, passed deadline (whatever that was configured on the SLA rule form) are used for further processing.
There is only a possibility to change the urgency through the explicit activities like pxAdjustSLATimes.

If we create an Activity and set the values as per the business logic, each time we need to commit the SLA rule instance on the Rule-Obj-ServiceLevel class. Instead we can create Circumstancing as per the business logic for the SLA.
