How to set the Case Status to anything other than "Pending-PolicyOverride" when using Policy Overrides functionality
I would like to conditionally set the Case Status when using Policy Overrides. However the status appears to be hard coded with the value "Pending-PolicyOverride" and the activity controlling the value is Final, Internal.
I have tried setting it within the invegation flow, but the Update Status activity step also happens to be called after the investation flow is launched.
Any suggestions appreciated!

We are reviewing the Policy-Override process with the customer rather than customise the existing behaviour.

Hi Julian,
In my opinion, "Pending-PolicyOverride" is a reserved work status and you shouldn't set it to anything else when a work object is suspended due to a business exception.
However you can define your own properties to indicate the exception type instead of using pyStatusWork.

You should be able to use/create a new DeclareOnChange on pyStatusWork property.
Use a when rule to determine when status is "Pending-PolicyOverride" and call activity to Update Status based on requirements.
