While it's on hold, I'd like to withdraw this case. At the time of withdrawal, the error message arises:

A flow cannot be added while the work object is suspended.

Reason: unexpected character ')' at position 8, expected subscript (wildcards not allowed) The solution I am trying out is to hide the local action when the customer is in Pending-External status. Can somebody check if the logic I gave is correct, becasue still after my solution the error mssage arises.
