DWA Status setting as Pending-External

Hi Team,

I have a requirement in DWA. I am setting the pyStatusWork as Customized one. But in runtime it is setting the status as Pending-External. I tried by giving the status in Assignment shape and in pre-connector as well yet it is setting Pending-External only.

Could any one of you help me in resolving this.

When you tried setting the value in the assignment shape, did you set the StatusAssign value in the assignment details? This should get used in the Work-.External activity.
