Pend a Case
Hi All,
I have a requirement to pend a case for some time interval at any point of time in a process.So i have configured case wide optional process but
when the case is to routed to a workbasket(thru wait shape) in a optional process still case showing in current user's worklist as well
please help me on this asap.

Hi Shiva,
Checkbox 'Permit end user to Perform' is used for end user to perform something on the cases while it is wating at workbasket.
My doubt is, case exist in current user's worklist also after its moved to wait workbasket, Its like duplicate.
Can i have different approach for this instead using wait shape.Is there any OOTB actvity for pend a case

Which version you are on ? I tried on 7.2.1 and cant see the item in my worklist ?
Can you share screenshot of your configuration as well ?

Hi Santanu,
Did you pend a case from optional process? since the current assignment is opened when i click on optional process(pend case),
the workobject still exist in current user's worklist. Is there any OOTB to save and close current assignment

I mentioned my requirement below.
User can pend a case at any assignment in entire case process for particular days.once the pend duraion completed it should be
available in same user worklist.

Have you kept "Declare_pzRecentsCache.pxUpdateDateTime Changes" as a refresh condition for the layout in which you are referring worklist.

this is expected to move to Workbasket, maybe select Checkbox 'Permit end user to Perform'. however if you can share some more information , any log or configuration how you have done, that should help all to answer your query.
