How to send email notification after scheduled agents ran?

Let's say I have 10 scheduled agents which runs at 12, after that I need to send status to Director of a company.  

How to send email notification automatically regarding the agent status ran or not?

Hi 

One possible way I can think of is below:

1. From the individual Agents, once it is executed successfully. Insert an entry into a table(AgentExecution) with Agent Name and Execution time.

2. Have another Agent to check the Agent Execution table lets say at 1am, if you have 10 entries(all agents have executed) then trigger the email, as skip.

Hi Krishna,

 

Regarding the agent status not ran?

We configure subscription in AES or PDC.

Whenever an agent  stop or failed an alert/notification will get triggered to the list of members who are available in subscription

Hi,

You can now get email notifications each time an agent fails with a PEGA0010 alert. By receiving notifications on agent failure, you can immediately take action to restart or fix the agent. You can enable email notifications on the Agent Management landing page.
