Agent scheduling and Send email

Hi,

We have an Agent that calls for an activity. The Activity has a data flow, two report definitions and a send Corr in the order. The email has data fetched from both the report definitions that run after the execution of Data flow. We want the agent to run 5 times a day but email to be sent only once, after the final (5th) run of the agent.
How do I achieve this?

 Create a log table with column called MailCounter , Create entry in that table during first run and update the counter in subsequent run. Once it reaches to final count trigger the email. You may wish to log the email details as well in this table.
