How to send an email after assigning a task using drag and drop

Hi, I have a requirement to send an email when the user drags and drops a task to the user.

Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this requirement?

I tried to modify the controller but it always runs the pzRunActionWrapper activity.

Hey, did you try modifying the pyPostGridUpdate activity?

I’d suggest saving it to the class of table results and enabling the step for DragDrop — see the screenshot. You can call an activity there to send emails, for example, SendSimpleEmail.
