I've created a section. In that section I need to fill all the required fields for payment. Once I filled all the fields and click on submit then a email should be sent to user. If there is any technical issue in transaction then another mail should be sent to user. How to do this requirement?

2. Configure as part of Post Processing in Flow action: Write an activity and set required attributes and call the following activities with the step page that contains data for sending E-mail. You can call SendMailNotification, SendEmailWithAttachments,SendSimpleEmail.
For your requirement, you can use second approach, on the step status of the SendEmail activity check status of the step using StepStatusFail when condition and if its true verify message and based on message trigger one more E-mail. But if its generic Error second call also will fail, instead of sending instantly item can be Queued to Agent and retried after some time.
