How to send an email after completing assignment in section?
I've created a section. In that section I need to fill all the required fields for payment. Once I filled all the fields and click on submit then a email should be sent to user. If there is any technical issue in transaction then another mail should be sent to user. How to do this requirement?

Post submission , you can get the appropriate template in the flow action's post DT and pass it on to the SendEmail activity accordingly.

@PISINI There are multiple ways to send E-mail:
1. Using smart shapes: Send Email smart shape. This can be added as part of flow processing. Refer below link to configure.

2. Configure as part of Post Processing in Flow action: Write an activity and set required attributes and call the following activities with the step page that contains data for sending E-mail. You can call SendMailNotification, SendEmailWithAttachments,SendSimpleEmail.
For your requirement, you can use second approach, on the step status of the SendEmail activity check status of the step using StepStatusFail when condition and if its true verify message and based on message trigger one more E-mail. But if its generic Error second call also will fail, instead of sending instantly item can be Queued to Agent and retried after some time.
