How to send Confidential Email from Pega
I have a requirement that whenever pega send email to the user, that should be a confidential email. how to achieve this requirement?

There is an option called confidential in gmail. Please find the attached document for the same how a confidential email looks. Are you looking for the same. What exactly you want to achieve. In gmail we can send theconfidential mail in different ways like, content of the mail will expires after mentioned time interval, And email with pass code protected where it will ask for the recipent mobile number to send the code to see the content of the email.

Sensitivity headers are used to allow the sender to describe how private the message is, by defining if it is personal, private, or company confidential.
Pega platform has no support to set sensitivity headers while sending outbound emails.
It can be an enhancement for the future.
