How to send confidential emails from pega
We have a requirement to send emails from pega to a dedicated mailbox and as this email contains PI information of customer the email should be marked as confidential. We have tried by setting pyEmailHeaders.pyName="Sensitivity" and pyEmailHeaders.pyValue= "Confidential" before invoking Send Activity. But the email is not marked as confidential.
Do we have any other solution to fix this issue?

As per this article, Pega platform has no support to set sensitivity headers while sending outbound emails. Since it was posted 4 years ago, you can ask Pega GCS if there's any enhancements that were performed.

Hi @SandeepN5021: I don't think all the SMTP servers accept the same format for Sensitivity labeling. You may need to check with the SMTP server side team on what should be the exact attribute header to be used.
Please also note that, not all the providers may use the same attributes.
