How Rule Availability works in Agents
Hi
Suppose if i mark an agent as withdrawn or blocked what will happen? there will be only one agent for each ruleset.Asper my knowledge,agents wont run on rule resolution basis.What is the purpose of Providing Availibility for Agents.

Hello,
Good question actually. I never used that option on an agent myself. I don't think we should unless you have a very special business requirement.
I guess this option is just available like for the other rules but I'm not sure really.

Every rule don't have rule availability. For example if we see Class Record, it dont have and even for data instances applies the same. I am curious enough to know why it is available for agents.

What I believe happens is, when you create a master agent you add it in specific ruleset say (01-01-01).
But you can have the new master agent in 01-01-02 or 02-02-10 ... Like any other rule while developing the way you take advantage of rule resolution (making rule available, blocked etc) you can do the same for agents.
