once only on Saturdays & Sundays, or every X seconds on Saturdays & Sundays?

I guess agents are not expected to run during weekdays but well WE only.

Can you please try the below approach :

Create two agents .In one agent after selecting the recurring type,you can select the weekly radio button and choose the days on which you want to run the agent on one time and create another agent similarly and choose different days and timing.

@MukeshJoshi : In agent, select weekly, we have the option to select the days. Also, make sure to update the agent schedule.

Use, Job Scheduler, it would be easier to maintain.
