How to route a collections case to Work Basket from it's Service Intent - (Collections Framework)
I wanted to route Collections case to Work Basket from when its service intent. I have called OOTB activity Call PegaCA-Work.CATransferToWorkBasket on collections case page from Service intent's flow action's post process ,but service intent is routed to work basket instead of collections case. Can you guys help me if anyone is aware of the solution to fix this.

Have you taken a look at some of the platform reassign activities, like ReassignToWorkBaset or pyREassignAssignment? They might meet your needs.
