Interaction Case or Collection Case in Collections FW for FS
Hi,
Can you please suggest on below approaches.
Can we create an interaction case in batch process? or only at the user interaction?
if we can create in batch process, is it a best practice?
Can we create Interaction case inside the collection case?

Hi Pooja,
We are using CSFS 7.21 version.
scenario is, we are fetching the accounts data records from DB (daily batch process through Agent), based on business conditions need to create the interaction cases for some accounts. is it recommended to create the interaction cases in batch process like this?
