No Update Collection Case functionality when processing records
In Pega Collections, the OOTB functionality for processing the batch file records should have the functionality to update the existing collection cases. The same functionality is present in 7.1.9 version but not in 7.2.2

Can someone suggest how Pega manages Update Collection case in Collections 7.2.2

Hi,

CreateCollectionCaseFromBatch activity has been refactored in 7.22 version. This activity is to create collection case for the Account number mentioned in the batch file. Collection case flow is automated, it gets updated only when the payment is made for that collection account. 

Please make use of wait shape in the marketing offer flows to send notifications periodically.
