ENT-Work Vs Ent Framework (Custom Framework)
Hello,
We can define integration componentes and data structures ar the ENT layer, but if we would like to define some concrete organization wide workflows, or some concrete work classes, should we define them as ENT-Work or should we define a separate Ent framework layer to house these enterpise wide work components.

When you say Organization wide workflows, i am assuming these work items accessed across organization..
I would house these work items in Ent Framework layer under Work- hierarchy. By doing so, From access perspective, it wil be avaiable to all enterprise users.
If any line of business ever have to modify this, these flows will be availbale for customiztaion to them.

Are you saying Ent Layer (E.g. ABC-Work) or Enterprise framework as I have defined (ABC-ENT-FW).
If you are referring Ent-Work, can we define Work at Ent level (Technically we can but are there any pitfalls if we do so?)

Hi Pradeep,
We would recommend defining the concrete classes that represent the Work Types (a.k.a. Case Types) in the Enterprise Framework Application (ABC-ENT-FW) layer.
