Hi,

On production we have lot of WOs waiting in both SLA and DefaultEntry (Agent) queues for processing every day. This is creating performance issues for us, and also we are getting new requirements and new WOs are coming into scope in our application and these too will be queued to SLA and Agent queues. This adds more load on them.

So, to resolve this issue, is there a way to create and use our own Standard agent queue? Like System-Queue-SLA and System-Queue-DefaultEntry, can I create a new class and use? If so, how to queue the WOs into it and Agent should process? Basically I want a separate queue for new WOs, so no need for these WOs to be in the queue waiting for long times to get processed.
