Standard Agent is not executing the queue items

There is a standard agent which does some processing, but the queue items are not executing at all.

Agent is enabled and i can see the job schedular as well.

can you try restart the agent and verify. Some times agent will hunged and it will show running but it will not perform any actions.

In the screenshot provided, if you hover over the node id (beginning 327...) does it display a popup showing that the agent is currently running?

Also for the records, you'll need to check the pyMinimumDateTimeForProcessing value to determine whether it is due.
