 I use the background processing smart shape in a flow using a standard queue processor, the assignment doesn t get routed well to the designated worbasket and i have this error message ErrorMessage=Database-LockFailure-LockHeldByAnother. i don t know why the processor don t make other attempts, it fails for the first attempt and it stops there.

Any solutions to initialise the attempt automatically with an activity or something like that, because when i dot it manually it wroks after certain attempts.
