You must be doing something wrong on the first case. My guess is that you aren't handling it properly in terms of initializing your application(s) to get them ready for the first record. Without examining your application and RuntimeLog, there really is no way to offer any specifics. I would suggest that you examine the RuntimeLog to see where exactly the automation is failing and make the required adjustments to that portion of the automation. we are getting for first case session id is not creating and directily going to sessionCompleted.

for more information, please find the attached logs. for second case onwards it is working fine.
