Robotic Work Queue
Hi,
Can you help me in how to route assignments to robot work queue by using robot queue shape.
Can you tell me how to configure it in the flow and route that assignment to it.
Can you provide me detailed steps.

Add a robotic assignment to your Flow Action.
It is found on the Advanced Shapes menu.
You need to set the WorkBasket and the Robotic_Automation name as well.

HI Jeff,
I have configured the robotic assignment as part of RPA to create new contact.
But i am getting the error assignment not found for the given operator id.
Attached the screenshot for your reference.
Could you please let me know what is the problem here.

Can you share a little more information? You may want to open a SR to have someone look at the whole project.

Hi Lochan,
I am also facing similar problem with Robot Queue. My Robot picking case from the Robot Queue and processing it, But my case is not procedding to next assignment in the flow. have you find any solution for your issue.
