How to put files(or URL link) on "Dashboard" of Case Manager
Hi there,
I'd like to know how to put files(or URL link) on "Dashboard" of Case Manager.
Users want to refer a operation procedure manual which instruct how to use the system we built on Dashboard of Case Manager.
I attach the display design I'd like to build on dashboard, but I don't mind on where the manual or link is put.

If this is a user customizable portal (which it appears to be) then you could create a new dashboard widget that contains the link and then add it to this slot in the portal as described in the article below:

I agree with Marc. You have to create a section which will be treated like a dashboard widget(see settings tab of section rule) and and the widget can be added to the portal by a settings icon present in the user portal.

I could create a new widget.
But, I don't know how documents can be referred if Link or Button is clicked on dashboard.
We would like to put documents on dashboard and refer it any time.
Would you tell us the implementation method?

Yes,
You can use the link control(check for basic drop down menu in section rule) in the section and refer URLs to the documents. It will open in the browser or may get downloaded depending upon the URL you are giving.

One solution is to upload file to "Text File " or "Word Template" rule and use respective downloadFile activity, on click on the link in Dashboard.
