How to Move Flow from one assignment to another assignment using SLA when Goal time reached

Hi All,

 

i have SLA in assignemnt-1 with Goal time 30 Sec and Once goal time reached i need to move to assignment-2 automatically (means after 30 sec). Could you please someone tell me how to configure this.
