How to modify the call transfer Reason.
Hi,
there is a requriment to cange the call transfer reason in the call panel , i am unable to finde the source fo the dropdown could someone help me on this.

Use LiveUI to find the section rule.. In the section rule, you can identify the source configured for the dropdown control.

If you want to modify open the view by click on configure view in case type step,
Check the configurations in that.
