Hi

When CSR1 transfers call to CSR 2 ineraction is visuble for both the CSR's, now CSR 2 made few changes in service case and droped of from the call, CSR 1 refreshed the screen and made more changes in the same service case. interaction is not wraped yet but the caller droped from the call now ineraction is geting closed for CSR1 but still visible for CSR2 (who droped off from the call).

But my requirement is interaction should not be closed for CSR1 so that he can wrape up the interaction case post call ended. can someone help me on this.
