Dialog script is showing the createoperator name even after transferring the workitem to a different worklist in constellation
I have transferred a workitem from Operator A's worklist to Operator B's worklist. When I open the transferred case from Operator B's worklist, the dialog script on top of the screen is still showing Operator A's name. I tried to change the property in the config manager from createoperator to updateoperator, but it is still showing the same.

This happens because your dialog script is reading the case’s creator fields (pxCreateOperator / pxCreateOperatorName) or owner, which don’t change when you transfer an assignment. Point the script to the current assignee instead: use the assignment context like Primary.pxAssignments(1).pxAssignedOperatorID and resolve the display name with D_pyOperators[.pxAssignedOperatorID].pyUserName (or use pyAssignedToName / pyAssignedOperatorInfo.pyUserName if available). If your dialog was bound to “Owner,” either add a Set Owner step during transfer or stop using owner for this banner. For routed-to-queue cases, fall back to the queue name (pyWorkQueue / pxAssignedTo) when no operator is set. After changing the binding, clear rule and static content caches and retest (Admin Studio: invalidate/resync; also hard refresh the browser). If it still shows the old name, check for a data transform or post-processing step that overwrites the banner field on load.
