How to get more knowledge from an existing application.
Hi Everyone,
I have joined new project in the same organization. Existing team members are not interested to give complete KT application. They just shown functionality as business user and asking me to work on Change Requests. I found difficult to understand the application.
Can anyone tell me the list of check lists that should consider, while taking KT?
Please help.

I think you will need time.
It could be difficult to work on a brand new application. Maybe somebody has generated a design document, that could be interesting to read. Pega is able to generate a documentation automatically of course.
