Create a case from from different application.
Hi, I want to create a new case from different application. My scenario like this; I have two application ; application A and application B and they are inherited
from framework C. I want to create case from application A and B in framework C. In framework C ,we are showing all suitable cases from A and B.
when i create a case , I'm getting following error. We are calling Create Work action. Is there different way to do this or how can i resolve this error.

Hi Ahmet,
If I understood correctly, you want to create case in FW C and the and the case type rule define in APP A and App B. Both the app inherited from FW C.
I don’t think here rule resolution will work. We are trying do the reverse.

Hi,
Rule resolution is working for existing case but it is not working for new case creation. For example i can open and advance the case from FW-C , which is created in App A.
I have to resolve rule resolution problem when open the new case.

You should be able to process the cases which are create at App level. There should not be any issue as the app in inherited from FW-C. But in your problem statement its looks like you trying to do the reverse - you trying to create case on FW layer inheriting from App. Its not possible in Pega.

Hi, I found a solution. I decide to create new application inherited from FW C and take as a references App A and App B. I'dont know, is it best solution ?

Hi,
Before commenting on the solution approach I would like to know more about your requirements.
As you mentioned "I want to create case from application A and B in framework C". Are you taking abt any sub case you want to initiate from FW for App A or App B? If so, the Dynamic Class referencing should be good option.
