how to fetch all the access groups related to an operator in a report?

I have to fetch all the access group assign to an operator in the Report Definition.

For this I have seen in the Data-Admin-Operator-ID that a property pyAccessGroupsAdditional ( value list property) is given.
So is there some way to use this property to fetch all the access groups or there is some other way.

Use the declare index "AdditionalAccessGroup" in report definition. The class name is "Index-Operator".
