How to check which access group the operator belongs to
Hello. I need to if the operator has a access group is "Head..." then the flow goes to the assignment "Check Request". I'm trying to do it through decision shape (fork) and when rule on connector.
I have two variants condition in when. Is any of them working? If not, how can I complete my task?

Hello,
I guess you can take it from OperatorID page property is called pyAccessGroup. You should see it on your clipboard under SystemPages.

You need to use OperatorID.pyAccessGroup in when condition and declare OperatorID in pages and classes with Data-Admin-Operator-ID" as a class.

Ok. I did it. Next I need if decision shape give me IsHeadUser, then you need assign CheckRequest route to "Head..User" operator depending on the operator who started the case. Example. If ClientManager started case, then HeadClientManager get assignment CheckRequest. I'm trying to use DecisionTree in use besiness login settings assignment. Am I doing the right thing?

If this is a real security check, I would recommend checking to see if the user has a particular privilege rather than depending upon a naming convention in your access group. This will allow more flexibility in the future.

We're tying to check the particular privilege for a specified user, instead of current logged on user.
It seems all OOTB features support checking for current user only, is there any way we can do this?
