Operator ID belong to Multiple work groups and wanted to access cases from all different Pega Applications

Hello,

I have requirement that an Operator ID belong to multiple Work groups and wanted to access all the cases from Different different pega applications without login to separate application.

Can I achieve this without using FCMR (Fedrated Case Management). I wanted to achieve this without FCMR, let me know if it is possible.

Hello,

Yes, you should be able to do this. I just did a quick test where I gave an operator two applications and created an item in one, switched to the other, and then opened it from recents and progressed it to resolution without a problem. Are you running into a specific issue?
