Updating default access group of all operators
Hi ,
We have a requirement where we want to update the default access group for all existing operators in our application . Currently we have around 1000 operators & like 3 access groups . 500 operators will be mapped to one access group ; 250 to another ; rest 250 to another . How can we achieve this ? Can anyone suggest a fix which will enable us to update all existing operator IDs at once . (Updating the individual record will be a nightmare)

I could not find some ootb activity for this, may be you need to write some custom activity which can do the work for you,
you can use property set method to update the operator's access group property (after fetching the correct operator id)
I will try to make a small use case and update the same

you can write an utility to update all the operator at once. Follow the below steps that will work for your scenario.
•Query all the operators which you have
•Open the operators record by using Obj-Open-by handle
•Update the operator's access group property using property-set method.
•save the operator records into the database.
•use the previous access group when condition to differentiate the below scenario.
500 operators will be mapped to one access group ; 250 to another ; rest 250 to another
