How to enable the new OperatorID to browse the cases which is related to the previous OperatorID
Is it possible to enable the new OperatorID to browse the cases which is related to the previous OperatorID when an employee's OperatorID is changed?

How do I use "transfer wizard?" Where is the menu?
I would like to transfer the cases from one worklist to another.
Also, I want to enable the new OperatorID to browse the resolved cases that were assigned to the previous OperatorID.

There is OOTB Bulk Transfer functionality available in pega. You can customize the same according to your requirement.

Hi,
You can use the existing Navigation rule pyCaseManager where it provides an option for BulkActions and you can customize the sections based on your needs.

Thank you for sharing the information.
But the OOTB Bulk Transfer functionality cannot meet our requirement.
We enable the operators who approved or rejected the cases to browse the cases.
I think that the OOTB Bulk Transfer functionality enables us to change the assigned operator but it does not enable us to change the previous assigned operator.
So we cannot enable the new operatorID to browse the cases which the previous operatorID approved or rejected.
Please let me know how to satisfy our requirement by using OOTB Bulk Transfer functionality.
