How does Control Group and Volume Constraint Work Together?
Hey Folks,
Any idea how the control group in general is working in Pega with the recent versions. I have the below queries in my mind.
- Are the action flows handled automatically if the MKTType and MKTValue are set from the strategy. What I mean is that if the action flow is configured to send an Email and if the Control Group attributes are set then would the action flow smartly ignore sending the Email and just populate the IH with the control group flags?
- How does control group work with Volume Constraints? Let me explain. If we run a campaign which generates 1K lead and 10% out of it is CG which means 100 CG leads. And next in another run, we apply VC which limits the offers to 500, would the CG selections automatically drop to 50 this time?
