how do i Switch between a role from portal
Hi all,
Can someone help me on this
I have a requirement to switch between 2 roles from the portal.
I need to implement 2 things here,
1. In actions menu, I need to add switch role option.
2. When user selects the role he wants to switch, system should load the portal associated to that role and show the landing page/dashboard

By default switching between 'roles' is done by switching accessgroup. When you add multiple accessgroups to an operator you have the ability to switch between them (including portal). After adding multiple accessgroups this option switch portal option is available by clicking on the user icon (the circle in the top right section).

What you are saying is right but my question is different.
For Ex: I want user(say manager) to be given the ability to switch to case worker while he is processing the case.
