How to switch between two portals on button click.

Hi,

I have a requirement to switch my case between two portals on the click of a button.

I have 2 portals: Portal A and Portal B.

When I click a button in portal A, It should launch Portal B.

Can somebody help me with this to be done? Do we have any specific action for portal launch?

Hi,

While I haven't actually tried this myself, I know we have OOTB portal switching functionality, such as in the Operator Menu while on the Case Manager portal:

You might be able to review that functionality and mimic it via a button.
