How to customize get next work to fetch based on case status
Hi
I have a requirement to fetch to customize the get next work object based on the status of the case..
For Ex:
Below are my case statuses in the order of priority:
Pending-ABC
Pending-Fulfillment
Pending-External
The get next work should fetch Pending-ABC first and once all of them are over then it should fetch Pending-Fulfillment and then Pending-External in the same order.
How do i achieve this?
Your thoughts?

Here are a couple of links about the default 'Get Next Work' logic and how to customize the behavior.
You can modify the getNextWorkObject, findAssignmentInWorkbasket, or findAssignmentInWorklist activities as needed to change the sorting, change the list view used to retrieve the items, or add other logic.

I have to call the get next work in my context and getNextWorkObject is a final activity.. how should i proceed?
it seems to be called in the work- context only. I cannot save as this

"findAssignmentInWorkbasket", or "findAssignmentInWorklist" activities can be modified and update the logic for sorting status column and achieve this.

Are all the cases with these status in same Workbasket?
If the workbasket are different, we can process the the workbaskets in an order based on your requirement.
If they are same, then you can modify the activities as Praveen has mentioned.
