How to completely transfer a WO/ case to some other user/operator so that it should not come back to the worklist of first operator?
Hi,
pxTransferAssignment can be used to transfer the current assignment. Once the transfer is done and the other operator/user has completed/ finished that assignment, the WO comes back again to the the first/initial operator's worklist.
How to completely transfer a WO/ case to some other user/operator so that it should not come back to the worklist of first operator?
Please suggest the possible solution.

You will need to update the router for the next assignment then so it goes to the desired person, whether that be the current operator or some other logic.

What is the next step in the flow after the user completes the assignment? Is it another assignment? If so, what is the routing on that assignment?

Hi,
There is a subprocess (spinoff enabled) after the user completes the assignment. In this sub process flow there is an assignment and it is assigned to pxCreateOperator Worklist. Please find the attached image for the same.
