How to change the display of "action menu for stages where multiple processes are displayed"
I would like to display "LocalAction", which is displayed like the first image, like the second image, but I don't know how to implement it.
How can I change it to make it happen?

1st menu image: Displaying the action menu in a stage where multiple processes are displayed.
2nd menu image: Display the action menu in a stage where one process is displayed.

Action menu is configured from navigation rule, we can override. Otherwise, simplest way is changing the description of flow action.

We know that "pyWorkActionsReviewAssignments" in the navigation rule (ID: pyWorkCommonActions) will be the 1st menu image.
However, if "pyWorkActionsReviewAssignments" is not under "pyLabel", "LocalAction" will not be displayed.
How should I fix it?
