How can we create audience for multichannel campaign with multiple class joins? in OOTB functionality we can create on either Customer or Prospect class.

for Customer data, you could create Association on your "Customer" class and also configure the same in Pega Marketing portal -> Configuration -> Settings -> Application Settings -> Manage Data relationships.
wrt to prospects, I dont think multi level data association work on them as i dont see a way how you could import the data, normally, for prospects you import data from excel file and the columns should match the customer class columns.
