How to allow hyphen in between operator ID
Our client is using Microsoft Entra as the SSO and they would allow external users to use their own email address to access Pega Platform. Due to the special character validation when creating a new operator ID, some of the users cannot access Pega Platform.
We searched the community and found the two articles that have same question and got resolved. But after we follow the same steps from the article it doesn't work.
