How to add timeout for optimistic locking and show a reminder for case timeout?

Hello,

  • I want the case lock timeout to be 25 mins for optimistic locking. In the locking settings of the case there is no option to specify the timeout value for 'allow multiple users'. How can I set it?
  • Upon reaching 20 mins of inactivity, I want the user to be prompted with an activity timeout reminder. How can I configure this? 

Please advise if anyone has a solution to these?
