How to add customized property in interaction history
Hi,
I want to add customized property in interaction history because I want to save the property value to history when I change the property value.

The easiest way is to track and view property value changes in the audit history. To enable tracking specific properties, go to Designer Studio -> Case Management -> Work Management -> Field Level Auditing.
You can then configure the class and specific properties.
Any changes to those properties, will be tracked in audit history.
