Is there a way to add Top Offers to Customer's Interaction History?

Hi,

 Greetings! I am trying to understand if there is a way to add the Top Offers from NBA/O to customer's Interaction History? Our requirement is to be able to add all the offers discussed with a customer but to start with i just want to add Top 3 offers.

Please do let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

Hi Bharat,

 

Few questions which can help us answer your question:

When you say "add offers to Interaction History"  - Do you mean you want to capture an Impression that the offer has been shown to the Customer?

What version of Pega Marketing are you using?

How are you displaying the offers to the Customer? 

Are you using Real Time Containers?
