Help for feedback Workflow
So is there a feature in Pega where you can view all the feedback messages in one place? like you have a page in your workflow that displays the feedback messages from different places, have them auto-formatted, and know where the feedback message came from? like if the message is from Twitter then it should be tagged with twitter and if the message is in the language English it should also have an English tag so we can sort everything automatically, which can help us respond to our clients faster.
