Help - Capture Customer Feedback on Resolve-Complete and store the feedback
Need to create a feedback Flow named NPS this case should be created in the backend once the workflow is ""resolved-completed"" the opportunity owner(Persons Email ID) should be sent a survey via email with link to click on and input their feedback. The feedback should be stored and reportable in GDO.
Does this require Integration? How can I achieve this?
