help needed on developing Workflow to loop tghrough the records of a txt file
I have a requirement to load a .txt file of account numbers to Openspan and then perform a desktop automation flow(navigate through various web portal screens). Any help of how to load the .txt file and read through each account in the file would be appreciated, an example would be much better! At this time I can't use the excel file as the office connectors are not installed on my machine.

Finally it's working as I expected. The learning is that I can't use Execute (Entry/Exit points) component when the automation is NOT invoking from other automation. Now I have changed Execute with Started and supplied the filename path via a local variable. Thanks Sasnt for your support. Finally below is the flow I came up to load loop through the txt file of records.

So far managed to develop the attached flow to read through the records in the txt file, but unable to perform unit test as I/p file name/path is not allowed on path parameter of Execute component and throwing following error "is not a valid parameter name".

Instead of using the Jump Label (Array), you can pass the result from ReadAllLines directly into the ListLoop. I don't really understand your error as it isn't attached. What do you mean by "as I/p file name/path is not allowed on path parameter"?

Sasnt, You're right about the jump label, but it doesn't matter at this moment because it should work with (my way) or without (your way) the jump label. Firstly I need a fix about how to supply the input file to the workflow while it's throwing an error when entering file path in "inPath" parameter of the Execute component (the component in the flow). Please find the error message.

You are trying to rename the parameter to the value you want to pass it. You would name the parameter inPath and then call the Execute method of this automation from another automation.

Adding an entry point to an automation is functionally similar to converting that automation into a method. It can have parameters and return results. To call that automation, you'd use an event (such as a button click) to call that automation and supply it with those parameters.
