Create txt file in pega

My requirement is to create a Text file which has some values from property , and then need to attach the text file to send a mail.

Can anyone let me know how to create a text file using activity / do we have any ootb to create a text file and add datas from property ?

You can get the string using a HTML rule. Later encode it. Once you have the stream data, create a Data-WorkAttach-File and Link-attachment instances.

Once you have the attachment in the case, you can use it to send as email.
