Create Email Templates in Pega 8.1
Hi,
I need to create an email template in Pega 8.1. However, "Email Template" is not available under "Process".
Is there any alternate method to do so?
I checked with Pega 7.4 version. It allows for creating an email template as a rule. It has a separate category for email templates.

I think we can create a new Email template by using a section in which we can select "Email Template" in the Settings tab.

This is helpful, but is there more detailed documentation on creating Email templates. Some additional guidance on creating email templates would be helpful, especially since you can't use the section designer and have to hand code the HTML when you select Email template in the Settings tab.
